quote-left

"I had the pleasure of working with Cathy as a diversity & inclusion consultant to her for several years. I say pleasure because I found her approach to the work to be client-centric, thorough, smart, respectful not only to me but to all engaged in the project, and fair.

I felt at all times she was just amazingly competent and results-oriented—always seeking real results, not just activities, that made a difference—not just something to ‘check off the box’ and say it was done.

Cathy was also mindful about cost and time constraints managing projects with great skill, but always willing to be innovative to do the right thing even within organizational constraints."
